The Northeastern Arizona Recycling Committee was created in November 2007 and serves as an idea exchange and activity coordinator for recycling in northeastern Arizona. Committee participants represent the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Navajo County, Apache County, City of Show Low, City of Holbrook, Town of Snowflake, Town of Taylor, Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, the White Mountain Apache Tribe, the Hopi Tribe, area waste companies and interested citizens.

New Recycling Page Available on City of Show Low Website

The City of Show Low now has a recycling page available on its website with information about recycling in the White Mountains and about specific public drop-off locations for various recyclable materials.  Please click on the following link to go to that webpage: City of Show Low Recycling Page.

  1. The Show Low Lion's also recycle newspaper, magazines, and any paper other than cardboard. We also recycle aluminum cans. We have bins at Safeway, Burger King, and Old Wal-Mart center( Stage Big 5)
    We also recycle aluminum cans. All our profit goes to charities on the mountain and to Camp Tatiyee (a youth camp children with disabilities). A totally free experience for the campers.
